Yesterday UPS delivered a package to our house from amazon.com containing the latest Hillsong DVD titled "This Is Our God". After dinner we put the DVD in and I was overwhelmed with the peace of God that came through the music. I have always been a big fan of Hillsong (my first Christian CD was Shout to the Lord) but this DVD takes the cake.
There were many new vocalists that I had not heard previously (Hillsong is a leadership factory) and the words to each song brought wave after wave of peace and assurance that God is Stronger, He is in control and He does hold my life in His hands. Of the 17 tracks my favorites were "Stronger", "Healer" and "Desert Song".
This DVD was packed with precious moments of God's presence and powerful scripture readings. At the end of the music, we watched the interviews with the worship team and heard the amazing testimonies and I found myself freshly broken before my Savior. I strongly recommend this CD or DVD to anyone desiring a fresh anointing that can lead you into a wide place with Christ.
