Check Out The Details
This morning I spent about an hour on the phone with AT&T about our cellular accounts. I noticed a lot of overage charges and decided to check out the detailed billing on the internet and saw that I was being billed wrong for calls that should have been included in our free usage. This was actually being done for the past 10 months with out my knowledge due to an error on their end. I am gald I decided to take the time to call as I was given a $150 credit on my account and now the poblem should be fixed for good. I guess it pays to check out the details.
