As I approach the half-way mark of my pregnancy thoughts are flying through my head at time warped speed.
1st thought: Baby #2 is scheduled to arrive a mere week ahead of Addison's second birthday. Do I have a big party for Addison or will the new baby outshine his day? Do I in the future hold a combined party for both children? If it is one party, do they each get their own cake?
2nd thought: Is Addison going to give me the cold shoulder when I come home with the new baby? He will still be so young and I don't want him to feel pushed out of the way.
3rd thought: Can I really manage two small kids and one big venture (church planting)?
Quirky thoughts I know but this is what pops up when I go to bed at night. Any suggestions please pass them along.

Good question on the one party or two. Since you will probably only have a week between the two, I would go with one (hopefully you have a week and not the same day!!) Addison will adjust fine to the new one, you'll be surprised. And of course you can handle two, after all, your a super mom!! Just pray for a great sleeper, that always helps, especially at first. Love you!!
