We are just 5 days from the big launch of Elevate Church and the buzz is crazy! I seriously can't believe that we moved to Monroe nearly 20 months ago to do this wacky work of church planting. Addison was only 6 weeks old, we knew one family here and honestly we didn't have much more than a confirmation that God was calling us to begin the process of church planting and a heart to see peoples lives touched.
Now, Addison is nearly two, another baby boy is on the way, we have increased attendance with our launch team by something like 600%(and are expecting a much larger turn out this Sunday) and we have touched individual lives as well as the community with the message of hope that is Jesus Christ. I am humbled to be a part of the work God has for this city and trust that He who begun a good work in us is faithful to complete it.
